Story Assignment: Bully

Setting: School
Topic: Girl goes to school and sees her friend bullying a 1st grader.
Word Count: At least 400 words

Melody went to school. She wanted to talk to her friend, Cathy. She saw something in the hallway. Cathy was bullying her sister! Her sister’s name was Emily. “Hey! Stop it!” Melody said to Cathy. “Oh! Hi Melody… Want to help me punch her?” Cathy asked Melody. “No way! She is my sister!” Answered Melody. “Oops sorry Melody” Cathy said. “We are going to have a talk,” said Melody to Cathy.

Melody pulled Cathy into an empty classroom. “Why are you bullying my sister? “asked Melody.

But before Cathy could answer, the teacher walked in. “I thought I heard something…” The teacher said to herself. Melody and Cathy hid behind a table and quietly sneaked out of the classroom. After school Melody couldn’t stop wondering why Cathy was acting like that.

It was a side of Cathy that Melody had never seen. Melody got home and was still wondering about Cathy until a light appeared. She thought it was normal. Because usually her neighbors did that.

But she noticed the light almost seemed to be whispering to her. Melody just shrugged it off. Until hands appeared out of the light and dragged her in. “AHHHHHH!!!!” She screamed as she was pulled through the light. After she was all the way dragged through, she gasped. She saw the most beautiful castle made out of crystals. Below the castle were tiny cottages filled with pretty unicorns.

But one unicorn caught her eye. She looked so much like Cathy that for a split second she thought the unicorn was hers! In case it was actually her Melody shouted out “Cathy!” But instead of the word “Cathy” A neigh came out instead. Melody realized she was not a human anymore but a UNICORN! The unicorn Melody was trying to talk to and suddenly looked up at her! “
