We are having a birthday party for our friend, Harry the Hamster. Dan the Dog and Kristy the cat were helping set up the party. But after they finished decorating…the sky went dark and it was raining.

Dan said, “It must be buster!”

“Oh no!” yelled everyone. And everyone heard a voice.

“IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE PARTY GO PERFECTLY FIND THE GEM OF LIGHT,” boomed the voice.

Tomorrow we shall find the gem of light,” said Kristy.

The next day all of the animals went to the deepest darkest woods. They meet a wolf. Harry asked the wolf, “Do you know where the gem of light is?’

Suddenly the wolf’s face went pale. “Oh no! You can’t go there. I went there and almost died!’

“‘Well… we just want to know where it is?” said Dan.

“Okay you just need to turn right and left and you will meet my friend Trix the fox who will give you more directions. And here I have this crystal ball. It will help you see the future. With the ball they were able to see Trix,” said the wolf.

“Hello’’. said Trix. I have been expecting you. Here is a map that will show you where the gem of light is.

The map only chose Kristy to lead. So Kristy was the only one who saw it. The map led to a cave. So the three friends went inside. Inside there was the gem of light!

Finally, we could go home. Suddenly the gem flew right in Harry’s backpack then Harry’s back began to shake! And the gem flew underground. The ground shook so hard that it was the strongest earthquake ever! But Kristy remembered something from a book about the gem of light.

“Guys all you need to do is think of happy things.’’

So they all thought of the happy things they did. And the ground stopped shaking.

“Well at least we saved ourselves,” said Dan.

And when they went back to the party, all the guests were still there, and it turned out that Buster was dead. That was just the ghost of Buster scaring them. And the party was the goodest of all times. The end.
