Halloween Girl

Her eyes opened. She sat up. She looked around. She was in a house.

Then she remembered that she had died yesterday on Halloween night. Someone murdered her. So she ran off to find revenge!

She went to her mother’s house. But then she also remembered she was in hell so she had to escape. She went to the devil’s house to trick him to let her escape. She went to the devil and said, “If you can’t answer my riddle you will have to let me go”.

The devil said, “Ok but if I guess the right answer, you will bring your mother down to hell with you!”

“What goes up and never comes down?” Asked the girl

“Hmm… The sun?’’ Guessed the devil

“Nope!” Said the girl

“Well, Polly, Is it your age?” Asked the devil

Polly was shocked! How had he known her name and guessed the answer right? she had to find another way to get out of hell.

That night Polly used a rope to escape through the window
