The 4th Grade Students had 10 minutes to free write beginning with ?It was my first day at school.?

Kuya

It was my first day at school. I was going to Harry Groin Academy. I went to my class and everybody stared at me. I have stage fright so it’s not easy when people stare at you. I went to sit at my desk next to a person named Licknerd. His twin was also there, and he was named Ludic. They looked exactly alike except one was fat and the other was not. Another boy in class was named Killer Digrave. He thought he was the best at everything and had an addiction to anime. I sensed that Killer was a crazy person.

The teacher put on an algebra problem and ?I was like, is this a joke?? Everybody freaked out and said what the heck is that. And the teacher said ?I?m joking. I know you can’t solve that.? But I did.

Today was my first day at school. I felt scared. It was weird. I saw Naruto. I introduced myself to him. My name is Bob The Builder. My nickname is Bobbyson The Builder. My face is attached to a Bob The Builder book. I saw a hammer and I sang Ching Chang Hachi Can?t Touch Me At All Kitchen In The Donjin My Mama Don?t Love Me At All. The school was so big and fat. It was a SpongeBob House. There were 10000000000 students in the school. They wore bodybuilder underwear. The teachers were Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper Duuuuuuuuuuuper Duuuuuuuumb!!! The teachers were bald but they had a big mustache and they had baguette jousting class.

Leon

It was my first day of school. I was so worried about what if I have no friends. I walked in the hallway. It was dark and scary. I saw Ludo. He is a lazy guy. He looks like a chubby person but he is more active than he sounds. He was the only boy in class. The rest was only girls (crap). The girls look like bullies. They were holding baseball bats and knives.

My friend Ludo said, ?THIS IS MY FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL! DON’T BULLLLYYY USSS!?

The girls said, ?We will never stop bullying you guys.? Then they went to smack us but we SLAP their faces and they cried.

Ludo

It was my first day at school. I was nervous that the kids would tease me but when I stepped into my school classroom. I was happy to see everyone saying ?hi!? and then I knew that my school day was going to be good.

Later at lunch time, I brought out my Oreos and Nutella. As soon as I opened my lunch box, all the kids in the cafeteria stared at me and then started saying ?Can I have some?!?

I said, ?Sure!? I was prepared even if I didn’t know this was going to happen because I brought five packs of Oreos and three tubs of Nutella. Everyone was lining up and I was giving them boxes of Oreos all dipped in Nutella. I made many friends on my first day of school.

Nantes

It was my first day at school. I was excited at first, but when kids started laughing at me about my hanbok, I started having the feeling that ?I will never make friends with anyone.?

After school I went to my Korean class to study. I asked my teacher to give me her phone. I messaged my mom and told her to throw away some of my Hanbok and buy regular clothes.

The next day in school, there was a girl who threw a pencil at me. Inside the pencil was a note. The note read ?can i be ur friend?? I tried to find that girl again, and she was in my class! I threw her pencil back to her and the class began.

Proud

It was my first day at school. I was very nervous, I moved from California last week. At first I was so excited but when I got to the school I realized that I have no friends here.

I went to my first class, when I walked into the classroom everyone was looking at me, the whole class became silent. The teacher Mrs. Smith introduced me to the other kids. I slowly walked down the rows of desks until I got to mine. My desk was next to a shy girl. She sat there staring at me and I started to wonder. Maybe this school might not be so bad anymore?
